Role Purpose
As Director - Development, you will guide complex real estate projects from strategy through delivery, balancing commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while driving large-scale destination developments forward in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects.
Budget & Financial Management
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones.
- Drive feasibility analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling across project lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across development phases.
- Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.
Contracts & Compliance
- Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects.
- Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional proficiency in English.
