Role Purpose

You will guide development initiatives through expertise in financial analysis and project evaluation. You will oversee comprehensive financial assessments for various development projects, including feasibility studies and financial modeling, and lead a skilled team dedicated to ensuring investments are strategically sound and financially viable, aligning with Qiddiya's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Planning

• Direct and manage financial analysis and planning for all development projects.
• Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives.

Data Gathering and Collaboration

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to accurately gather data necessary for effective financial planning and analysis.

Reporting and Decision Support

• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis outputs.

Risk Management

• Identify financial risks associated with development projects.
• Propose mitigating solutions for identified risks.

Process Improvement

• Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies used for analysis.
• Improve overall efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis functions.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends and best practices in financial analysis related to development and real estate.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12–16 years of experience in financial analysis, particularly within the development or real estate sectors.
• Proven expertise in conducting financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis.
