Role Overview

Digital Marketing Senior Specialist at Nahdi. This role executes digital marketing activities, tasks, initiatives, and projects across social media, website, and mobile application platforms through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with digital marketing strategy direction and established standards.

Role Purpose

To develop, implement, and manage digital marketing content and initiatives across all channels while maintaining alignment with organizational strategy, managing external agency relationships, tracking expenditures, and ensuring consistent quality and compliance across all digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Development

• Create and edit digital content for social media, website, and mobile application by gathering inputs from internal parties and coordinating with external agencies to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead relationships with external agencies regarding ecommerce content and design development and implementation to ensure compliance with ecommerce strategy and guidelines.
• Co-develop, monitor, and follow up on website and mobile application content and design changes, implementing necessary changes and addressing issues through coordination with IT departments or external agencies.

Community & Social Media Management

• Follow up and coordinate social media community tasks, responding in a timely manner, posting approved content, and monitoring social media content through collaboration with external agencies.

Budget & Reporting

• Set and track all digital marketing expenditures regularly, reporting any variances to the manager to ensure compliance with the established budget.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two years of experience in digital marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing landscapes and trends.

Skills & Competencies

• MS Office Suite.
• English language.
• Arabic language.

Additional Information

• Work environment: 90% indoors, 10% outdoors.
• Schedule: 5 working days per week, 2 days off.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break.
