Role Purpose

Coordinate and drive real estate projects through all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery from conception through practical completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Support management of development projects across feasibility, design, construction, handover, and closeout phases
• Monitor project performance including budgets, timelines, risks, and key performance indicators to maintain alignment with objectives

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate preparation of feasibility studies and development briefs with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination and collaboration to ensure projects are executed in line with business strategy and approved vision

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in real estate project development or asset management
• Knowledge of development lifecycle stages and project delivery processes

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
