Role Overview

Design Manager (Architect) LDIP at HanmiGlobal Saudi. This role leads and oversees the architectural design process for infrastructure projects.

Role Purpose

Lead and manage the architectural design team throughout all stages of design development, ensuring all designs meet technical standards, client requirements, and project timelines while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage the architectural design team throughout all stages of design development.
• Monitor design progress and quality, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Prove strong leadership and team management skills.

Design Strategy & Quality Assurance

• Develop and implement design strategies to optimize project outcomes and quality.
• Coordinate and review architectural designs ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct design reviews, approve drawings, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Manage design schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

Professional Development & Standards

• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, with significant experience in design management roles.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, software (AutoCAD, Revit), and construction processes.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations is preferred.
