Deployment Strategist at Northslope Technologies. Location flexible with team hubs in New York and London.

Role Purpose
Deployment Strategists solve complex business challenges through strategic, data-driven solutions. You will understand a customer's critical objectives, build operationalized workflows on their enterprise data, and deliver solutions that end users actually use to drive operational change. You will write code, ship production software, and help organizations transform operations at uncommon speed.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Strategy
- Develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful operational change for enterprise clients.
- Understand each customer's most critical objectives and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Deliver transformative solutions that extend beyond contractual obligations, with relentless commitment to customer success.
- Take pride in solving hard customer problems and delivering tangible business value.
Technical Delivery & Development
- Write code and ship production software end-to-end.
- Build operationalized workflows from scratch on enterprise data.
- Work directly with enterprise clients to develop and implement solutions.
- Iterate quickly and demonstrate autonomous delivery with strong capacity for independent project ownership.
Problem Solving & Analysis
- Deconstruct intricate problems and develop comprehensive, high-impact solutions.
- Manage and derive insights from both structured and unstructured large-scale datasets in production environments.
- Get hands-on with data and code without hesitation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborative versatility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise managing and deriving insights from large-scale datasets in production environments.
- Demonstrated capacity for autonomous work with strong project ownership.
- Track record of analytical excellence and problem-solving ability.
Skills & Competencies
- Data intuition and proficiency with structured and unstructured data.
- Ability to code and develop production solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering production enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP.
- Familiarity with or proficiency in TypeScript or Python.
Travel & Work Arrangements
- Willingness to travel as-needed for client implementation work. Typical projects involve travel between 10-33% of the time.
- Occasional travel (less than 10% of the time) for company off-sites to connect with teams across New York and London hubs.
