Role Purpose

To support kitchen operations and food preparation at Zafran as part of a brigade kitchen structure, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences through authentic cuisine in a contemporary and innovative setting.

• Maintain consistency in dish presentation and quality.

Kitchen Operations

• Support the kitchen brigade in daily service operations.
