Role Purpose
Support the Executive Chef in food preparation, presentation and service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness and safety to ensure each customer receives timely, excellently-prepared cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
- Prepare appetizers, meat and vegetables for entrees under the direction of the Executive Chef.
Presentation & Service
- Ensure proper presentation of food.
- Ensure that each customer is served the highest quality food in a timely manner.
Team Development
- Participate in selecting and training new members of the kitchen team.
Health, Safety & Standards
- Follow and enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen and in personal hygiene.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or any culinary degree.
- Minimum one year of experience as Demi Chef in Hotels and Restaurants.

- Ability to work efficiently and quickly under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
