Demi Chef De Partie - Bakery at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, located in Dubai's Business Bay area.

Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay is a cluster of hotels conveniently located in the heart of Dubai's Business Bay, minutes away from The Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach, with access to Dubai's leading tourist attractions. The property will include 275 hotel rooms, 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, food and beverage offerings, and meeting and events facilities. Holiday Inn is part of the global IHG family and has been on its journey since 1952.
Role Purpose
As a Bakery Chef, you will create and produce a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and Holiday Inn service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Innovation
- Create and produce a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods.
- Develop recipes and utilize various baking techniques to ensure quality and consistency of final products.
- Continually seek inspiration and innovation to provide unique and exciting offerings to guests.
Kitchen Operations & Hygiene
- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient pastry kitchen.
- Clean workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Implement proper hygiene and sanitation practices to meet health and safety regulations.
Service Standards
- Represent the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards at all times.
- Provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an added advantage.
