Role Overview

Role Purpose

Oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes and support junior kitchen staff to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Quality

• Season, cook, and test dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
• Monitor ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation

Team Supervision

• Oversee line cooks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Provide support as needed in the absence of senior chefs

Kitchen Operations & Compliance

• Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

Guest Experience

• Assist with guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure a positive dining experience
