Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager

Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects within the Qiddiya development. You will manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

Role Purpose

To oversee all construction delivery activities across large-scale projects, maintaining alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality requirements while fostering collaboration between contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches to ensure smooth project execution.

Contract & Contractor Management

• Oversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Lead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address any deviations.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication and reporting to senior management and external partners.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site to promote a safe working environment.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in construction delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
