Role Purpose

Safely transport goods to customers' homes and businesses while maintaining timely and accurate deliveries. Manage assigned routes, provide excellent customer service, and maintain detailed delivery documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Transport goods safely to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and confirming delivery details.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered during the delivery process.

Vehicle Management

• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights).
• Report any maintenance issues or accidents to management.

Skills & Competencies

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams.
• Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, in a professional manner.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month (depending on experience)
• Company-provided vehicle and fuel
• Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day, 6 days a week
• Start Date: Immediate
