Dean of Computing at Burjline Builders. This role provides strategic and academic leadership for the College of Information Technology, overseeing academic programs, faculty performance, research, accreditation, and student success.
Role Purpose
Ensure the continuous development and quality of IT programs in alignment with the University's strategic objectives and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the College of IT and its academic programs.
- Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
- Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.
Faculty & People Management
- Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, and professional development.
Research & Industry Collaboration
- Promote research, innovation, and collaboration with the technology industry.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.
Resource Management
- Manage the College's budget and academic resources.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
