Role Purpose
Ensure the quality and continuous development of business programs in alignment with the University's strategic objectives and international academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the College of Business and its academic programs.
- Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
Faculty Management
- Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, development, and workload.
Accreditation & Quality
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
Research & Partnerships
- Promote research, innovation, and industry partnerships.
Student Success
- Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.
Budget & Resources
- Manage the College's budget and resources effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
