Role Overview
Data Manager at International Schools Partnership.
Role Purpose
Provide administrative support to the school through effective management of schedules, communication, office tasks, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Management
- Provide administrative support to the school.
- Manage schedules and office tasks.
- Maintain records and documents related to school activities.
Communication & Coordination
- Manage communication across the school.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.
Operations Support
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
