Role Overview
Data Entry Clerk at Ali & Sons Holding LLC, located in ICAD II, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position supports the QHSE Department of Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF), a subsidiary of Ali & Sons Holding LLC.

Role Purpose
Support the QHSE Department with document management, data entry, filing, and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records. Work alongside the Document Controller to manage electronic and hard-copy documentation and ensure proper document traceability.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management
- Receive, organize, file, and distribute department documents to concerned personnel as required.
- Maintain department documents in designated storage areas and ensure they are kept safely and are easily traceable.
- Assist the Document Controller in the implementation and administration of the document management system for electronic and hard-copy documents.
- Perform document management activities in accordance with project and company procedures.
- Assist with activities related to the Document Control Procedure.
Data Entry and Records
- Enter document information accurately into standard registers, lists, logs, and databases.
- Maintain and update document registers and records to ensure information is accurate and readily available.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks on a daily basis and provide timely updates to the supervisor.
Document Control and Reporting
- Prepare copies and reproductions of documents when required.
- Generate document control reports as required.
- Ensure confidential and project-related documents are properly safeguarded.
Administrative Support
- Support the department with general administrative and documentation-related activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or line manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data entry, document control, administration, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Document organization and filing.
- Communication and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of English.
- Experience with document management systems such as SAP, Aconex, or similar platforms is an advantage.
