Role Overview
Data Analyst - KPIs & Report at AtkinsRéalis. Support monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance across the bus network to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Performance Standards (CPS).

Role Purpose
Monitor and evaluate contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and CPS requirements. Develop reporting tools and analyze operational data to support performance tracking, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure data integrity across the bus network.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and CPS requirements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data.
Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking.
- Support preparation of periodic performance reports for client and stakeholders.
Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate performance data.
- Track corrective actions and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in performance monitoring, analytics, or reporting roles.
- Experience in transport, infrastructure, or Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
