Data Analyst at Sucafina. This role analyzes data to uncover insights, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decisions across the business.
Role Purpose
Deliver actionable insights from key datasets, build automated dashboards for stakeholders, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization through rigorous analysis and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
- Deliver actionable insights from key datasets.
- Develop predictive analyses to guide business decisions.
- Improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
Reporting & Visualization
- Build automated dashboards for stakeholders.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience as a data analyst or similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with SQL and data modeling basics.
- Python or R.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Data visualization.
- Statistics and A/B testing.
