Role Overview
Join Capco's growing Data & AI practice in Qatar as a Data Architect, Governance, Modelling or Analytics specialist. This permanent role is based in Qatar within the Data, AI & Analytics practice area.

Role Purpose
To work alongside clients and Capco colleagues to unlock greater value from data and solve complex challenges across data, analytics and artificial intelligence. You will help organisations improve how they manage, govern, access and use data while contributing to the growth of Capco's Data & AI community in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solutions
- Work with clients to understand their data, analytics and AI challenges and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, data and technology to deliver measurable client outcomes.
- Experience working with stakeholders to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
Design & Delivery
- Contribute to the design and delivery of data platforms, analytics capabilities and AI solutions.
- Help clients improve how they manage, govern, access and use data across their organisations.
Knowledge & Practice Development
- Share knowledge, ideas and expertise as Capco continues to grow its Data & AI capability in Qatar.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in data, analytics, AI or a related consulting or technology discipline.
- Strong understanding of one or more areas such as data strategy, data engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, machine learning or AI.
- Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments (preferred).
- Experience delivering data transformation or AI initiatives (preferred).
- Experience working within financial services, energy or other regulated industries (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients from different disciplines and backgrounds.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data and analytics platforms (preferred).
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, security or responsible AI considerations (preferred).
