Role Overview
Cybersecurity Sales Lead at Visa, based in the CEMEA region. This role drives commercial growth, regional sales, and go-to-market strategy for Visa's cybersecurity solutions.

Role Purpose
This role operates at the intersection of sales, commercialization, market development, and strategic collaboration with Visa's regional and global solutions teams, Client Services, and Visa Consulting & Analytics. The position serves as a client-facing representative and thought leader for Visa in the cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities
Market, Ecosystem & Strategic Growth
- Maintain deep understanding of the cybersecurity market landscape, including key vendors, emerging players, and competitive dynamics across CEMEA.
- Identify sales opportunities across partnerships, market expansion, and post-integration support.
- Provide regional market insight to inform investment, partnership, and solution strategy.
Advisory & Client Services Collaboration
- Work closely with Visa Consulting & Analytics and Risk Services to deliver a unified "One Visa" cybersecurity value proposition.
- Support integrated client engagements that combine strategic advisory with scalable Visa solutions.
- Act as a senior cybersecurity subject matter expert in executive workshops and strategic client discussions.
Thought Leadership & Spokesperson Role
- Serve as a spokesperson for Visa in cybersecurity across CEMEA.
- Represent Visa at industry conferences, panels, and CISO forums.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to shape external messaging and thought leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the CISO community.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, technology solutions, consulting, or related risk domains.
- Proven experience in commercializing enterprise solutions and defining go-to-market strategies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite, CISOs, and ecosystem partners.
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
Skills & Competencies
- Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Strategic advisory and solutions leadership capability.
- Strong executive communication and client engagement skills.
Additional Information
- Preferred: Experience identifying or supporting partnerships in cybersecurity or adjacent technology domains.
- Preferred: Background in consulting, advisory, or strategic roles alongside product or solutions leadership.
- Preferred: Prior experience in payments, fintech, banking, or large-scale digital platforms.
- Preferred: Exposure to regional regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO, NIST, and data protection regimes.
