Role Purpose

Lead and manage air freight customs clearance operations, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations while coordinating seamlessly with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient clearance timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Clearance

• Lead the customs clearance team for air freight shipments
• Monitor clearance timelines and resolve escalations

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Prior experience in customs clearance, ideally within air freight logistics
