Role Purpose

Support sales and marketing activities, coordinate orders and logistics, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the order journey. Deliver world-class customer care to internal and external customers while maintaining accuracy in order processing and resolving customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Provide world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engage in regional customer support activities including accurate entry of orders, quotes, and RMAs.
• Create and maintain special specifications.
• Communicate to customers and representatives on deliverables and resolution of additional customer service issues with work direction from supervisor and peers.

Operations & Problem Resolution

• Use judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
• Complete and pass required customer service certifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Associate's degree or related business experience.
• Ability to learn concepts and technical details of products.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong computer skills with strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Values-driven and positive mindset.
