Role Overview

Role Purpose

Participate in an online panelist community where you share viewpoints on products, services, and market trends. Complete data entry, email feedback, surveys, and reviews to help shape new products coming to market and influence brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Feedback

• Provide email customer support and feedback on products and services.
• Complete online surveys and product reviews.
• Participate in evaluating products online, sometimes before public release.

Data Entry & Administrative

• Perform online data entry tasks.
• Manage administrative responsibilities with keen attention to detail.
• Organize and summarize information accurately.

Qualifications & Experience

• Solid outgoing personality with superior communication abilities and strong work principles.
• Effective listening and logical skills, with the capability to summarize information and offer solutions.
• High school diploma or typical working degree equivalent.
• Experience with computers and at least typical working-level typing capacity.
• Background in any of the following: data entry, telemarketing, customer support, sales, clerical work, administrative assistance, receptionist duties, phone call center work, retail, or part-time roles.
