Role Overview
Customer Service Officer at Majid Al Futtaim, Global Snow, supporting the Leisure, Entertainment and Cinemas business.
Role Purpose
Deliver an excellent customer experience across the Leisure, Entertainment and Cinemas business by engaging with guests professionally, resolving complaints, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally.
- Promote offers and resolve complaints through the correct escalation process.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and assist customers with bookings, sales, and inquiries.
Revenue Growth
- Support revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Operations & Safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring correct change and compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure all food and beverages are served safely.
- Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies.
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, including PPE usage, SOP compliance, incident reporting, and child safeguarding procedures.
Team & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with team members, adhere to company policies and standards, and support additional operational duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum High School Certificate required.
- 0–3+ years of experience in F&B, Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Basic English proficiency required.
- Computer literacy required.
