Role Purpose

The Customer Service Agent/Representative serves as the face of Minimalist to customers, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are resolved in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Complaint Management

• Receive complaints through phone or in writing.
• Resolve complaints where possible.
• Escalate complaints to the relevant department or management when necessary.

Customer Care

• Answer queries and questions from customers.
• Follow up on shipments.
• Update customers accordingly on their orders and inquiries.

Sales Recovery

• Call customers who have abandoned their cart and have not completed their purchase.
• Enquire about possible reasons for non-completion.
• Convince customers to complete their purchase.
• Call customers who have started but not completed their purchase.
• Enquire about possible reasons for non-completion.
• Finalize purchases with customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluency in Khaleeji Arabic required.
