Customer Care Representative (UAE National)

Role Overview

Customer Care Representative position at Al Tayer Group in Dubai, UAE. This role is open to UAE nationals only.

Role Purpose

Welcome and support customers through courteous, efficient communication—whether in person or by phone—to enhance comfort and satisfaction while they await service from relevant personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Welcome customers in a courteous manner.
• Answer phones efficiently.
• Provide efficient and courteous handling of customers in person or over the phone.
• Provide necessary information and service booking guidance.
• Direct customers to the relevant Service Advisor.

Service Coordination

• Arrange for customers to be seated and kept comfortable until attended to by the Service Advisor.
• Arrange for customers to be attended to at a quick pace to reduce waiting time and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the reception in managing courtesy vehicles.

Customer Feedback & Follow-up

• Call customers to obtain feedback on their visits to ATM.

Telemarketing & Campaigns

• Participate in telemarketing activities during campaigns.

Facilities & Standards

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the reception area.
• Adhere to essential housekeeping standards to represent an appropriate corporate image.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school certificate.
• 1–2 years relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Customer service skills and certification (advantageous).
• Exposure to multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well-groomed appearance with pleasant personality.
