Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional pastry and culinary experiences in line with Address Hotels + Resorts' service standards, maintaining operational excellence in Food & Beverage production while embodying genuine service personality and proactive communication with guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Conduct all operational tasks in Food & Beverage production in line with required service standards and procedures.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
- Go the extra mile where you can.
Stakeholder Communication
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest's interests at heart.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma in Catering; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
Skills & Competencies
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Good knowledge of local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
