Role Purpose

Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events across the bank's IT environment while contributing to the continuous improvement of security monitoring processes and threat detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & Detection

• Monitor security events and alerts across the bank's IT environment
• Support threat detection and analysis activities

Incident Response

• Investigate and respond to security incidents in line with established procedures

Process Improvement

• Contribute to continuous improvement of security monitoring processes

Reporting

• Support security reporting activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field
• Prior experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) role, ideally within banking

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills
• Incident response capabilities
