Role Purpose

Work closely with business units, data stewards, project and program managers, and other IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that supports sound organizational decisions. Model complex business problems, discover business insights, and identify opportunities through statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques. Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets, architect specialized database and computing environments, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

• Discover business insights and identify opportunities using statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques.
• Conduct statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting, predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
• Model complex business problems to support organizational decision-making.

Data Management

• Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets for analysis.
• Architect specialized database and computing environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business units, data stewards, project and program managers, and other IT teams.
• Communicate analytical results to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, and research.
• CAP and SAS Certification.
• Solid knowledge of statistical techniques.
• Knowledge of working with CRM, ERP (preferably SAP), and analytics.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in statistical packages.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting, predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in Hadoop MapReduce, other big data frameworks, or Java.
• Statistical modeling using Python, SAS, SPSS, or R.
• Experience with or knowledge of data visualization tools including Xcelsius and Tableau.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages; strong knowledge of English language structure and content is a must.

Additional Information

• Total monthly pay: 30,000 SAR.
