Role Purpose

Lead credit management and accounts receivable activities across a diverse portfolio of countries within the APAC region. Optimize cash flow, minimize credit risk, strengthen collection processes, and partner with commercial and finance teams to support sustainable business growth through strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Management & Risk

• Lead Credit and Accounts Receivable activities across the APAC region.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate financial risk.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Conduct customer credit assessments and ongoing risk reviews.

Collections & Cash Flow

• Drive collections performance and reduce overdue receivables.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and improve cash collection.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cash flow and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Compliance

• Monitor key performance indicators related to working capital and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end closing activities, reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Working Capital Management, or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and receivables management.
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries and cultures is preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
