Role Purpose

Design and optimize control room environments that prioritize human factors, operator ergonomics, and operational efficiency through comprehensive interior design and specification work.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Layout

• Develop control-room layouts that prioritize ergonomics, sightlines, and operator workflows
• Specify furniture, video walls, KVM, lighting, and acoustics

Coordination

• Coordinate with Civil and MEP teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or Engineering with control-room experience
• 7+ years of experience designing control rooms or mission-critical operation centres
