Role Overview
Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Control Engineer to join Freyssinet Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient and safe operation of projects.
Role Purpose
Design, develop, and maintain control systems for various projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, system reliability, and optimal performance. Lead technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineering staff.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Design and develop control systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Develop proficiency in control system design and programming.
System Integration & Testing
- Perform system integration and testing to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to control systems to optimize performance.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Technology & Innovation
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into control systems as needed.
Technical Leadership & Training
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
- Conduct training sessions to educate team members on control systems and their operation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Extensive knowledge of control engineering principles and techniques.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in control system design and programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
