Sarj.ai is a rapidly growing start-up in the Voice AI and AI agents space, built in KSA with Silicon Valley expertise, operating in an exciting and dynamic market.
Role Purpose
Own and manage Sarj AI's content end-to-end—from strategy and planning to creation and publishing—developing compelling content that communicates the brand, products, and ideas across multiple channels in close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Own and execute the content strategy across website, social media, blogs, ads, case studies, and video scripts.
- Plan and manage the content calendar and oversee content from ideation to publishing.
- Develop clear, engaging content that simplifies complex AI and technology concepts.
Brand & Voice
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and formats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business objectives.
Performance & Optimization
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Languages, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to develop and manage content strategy end-to-end, with experience across multiple digital channels and formats.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital content, and emerging content trends.
- Ability to simplify complex AI, technology, and business concepts into engaging content.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional English and Arabic writing and editing skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively cross-functionally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Video shooting and editing skills are a bonus.
