Role Overview
Consumer Division Nestle Maintenance Officer at Tamer Group in Riyadh.
Role Purpose
Execute engineering and maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of equipment and support Nestle's customers through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance while complying with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Execution
- Conduct engineering activities and urgent repair orders.
- Advise on equipment status and operational condition.
- Execute and implement preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and predictive maintenance activities according to approved plans and priorities.
- Ensure all machines are properly maintained, repaired, returned, and re-installed to operation status in compliance with safety procedures.
Equipment Management & Improvement
- Recommend improvements or replacements of equipment to enhance reliability, safety, and performance.
- Review work methods, procedures, and maintenance practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Suggest ideas and initiatives to boost the overall effectiveness of the Service Center function.
Workflow & Oversight
- Distribute, follow up, and monitor assigned work activities, workflow, and maintenance tasks.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using digitalized systems or other maintenance systems.
Workshop Operations
- Carry out repair, fabrication, and refurbishment activities in the engineering workshop.
- Ensure the workshop is well-organized, clean, safe, and properly maintained, including tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Compliance & Safety
- Comply with all safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements at all times.
- Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
