Role Purpose
Deliver outstanding customer service using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets while maintaining counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new product launches, and high standards of grooming and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Build and maintain guest experience standards to establish strong loyalty.
- Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance in meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
- Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
Sales and Targets
- Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.
- Track sell-out targets at store level.
- Track post-launch sales at store level.
- Participate in achieving incentives.
- Generate daily sales reports.
Merchandising and Stock Management
- Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves and counters at appropriate times.
- Report stock shortages using the stock order form.
- Ensure stock receipt according to set procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, preferably in luxury technology.
Skills & Competencies
- Intermediate or Advanced English language proficiency.
