Role Overview
Consultant - Luxury Tech at Chalhoub Group, located in Dammam. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales for the Dyson brand within a premium retail environment.

Role Purpose
To build and maintain exceptional guest experiences that drive strong customer loyalty while achieving sales targets and delivering expert product consultation on premium technology brands in a luxury retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Experience
- Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty.
- Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers' expectations.
- Be confident in giving in-depth bespoke consultations to answer every customer's question.
Product Knowledge & Sales
- Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
- Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
- Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets, using product knowledge.
- Participate in achieving incentives.
Operations & Reporting
- Track sell-out targets at store level.
- Track post-launch sales at store level.
- Generate daily sales reports.
Merchandising & Stock Management
- Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure in-store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves and counters, at appropriate times.
- Report stock shortages using the stock order form.
- Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in an assisted sales environment or service-led environment.
- Previous experience working with or in a premium technology brand.
- Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and/or challenge convention.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English; local market language essential.
- Great customer-facing and sales skills, including the ability to adapt your style to the needs of every customer.
- A confident approach and a friendly manner.
- Ability to hit targets.
