Role Overview
Construction Project Manager at Sucafina. This role involves planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects to deliver safe, code-compliant civil infrastructure on time and within budget.
Role Purpose
Ensure the successful delivery of structural and civil infrastructure projects by leading project planning, structural and engineering design, permitting and compliance, and construction oversight with strong cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Design
- Lead structural analysis and design for infrastructure projects.
- Execute civil drafting and design using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct project planning using MS Project.
- Apply geotechnical and hydraulics fundamentals to project execution.
Compliance & Permitting
- Manage code compliance and permitting workflows.
- Coordinate regulatory processes throughout project lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across all project phases.
- Lead and coordinate project teams through execution.
- Support contractors through project delivery.
Risk & Cost Management
- Own risk management and problem-solving.
- Optimize materials and minimize construction risk.
- Maintain cost control and schedule adherence.
Execution
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
- Demonstrate attention to detail throughout all project activities.
- Manage time effectively across multiple priorities.
