Role Overview
Construction Project Manager at Sucafina. Plan, design, and supervise construction projects to ensure safety, quality, compliance, and cost-effective delivery from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Deliver compliant designs within project deadlines.
- Optimize budgets through value engineering.
Site Supervision & Safety
- Supervise site works to meet safety targets.
Stakeholder & Contractor Management
- Coordinate stakeholders and contractors effectively.
Issue Resolution
- Resolve design and construction issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensed or registered engineer, or eligible to become registered in region.
- Experience with civil design, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency with structural, geotechnical, or construction methods.
- Experience supervising projects and site coordination.
Skills & Competencies
- AutoCAD.
- Revit.
- Civil 3D.
- MS Project.
- Structural analysis fundamentals.
- Geotechnical and concrete/masonry knowledge.
- Building codes and standards (e.g., ACI/Eurocodes).
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving.
- Leadership and team coordination.
