Role Overview
Construction Manager (Ports & Marine) with Egis Group, based in Dubai and the UAE, leading marine construction projects across ports and coastal infrastructure.

Role Purpose
Lead and manage marine construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery within schedule and budget constraints while coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage day-to-day site operations, resources, and subcontractors across marine construction projects.
- Plan and schedule construction activities to drive productivity improvements and achieve project objectives.
- Deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management throughout project execution.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure thorough understanding of HSE requirements and quality compliance within marine construction environments.
- Maintain operational excellence and commitment to project outcomes.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate effective team leadership with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction projects.
- Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities.
- Extensive experience in piling, quay wall construction, slipway development, pontoon installation, coastal protection works (rock works), and small-scale dredging.
- Proven track record delivering EPC marine construction projects.
- Experience on Abu Dhabi Ports marine projects.
- Experience on Al Dhafra Region marine projects.
