Role Overview
Construction Manager position with KBR, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead all indirect and direct manpower on site.
- Deliver planned progress with strong leadership qualities.
Technical Expertise
- Apply experience installing feed gas compressors to deliver gas to desired operating parameters, mainly desired pressure.
- Leverage brownfield project experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years' work experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager in Oil & Gas projects.
- At least 5 years' experience working as a Construction Manager in Middle East countries.
- SMP Construction Manager or Deputy Construction Manager experience required.
- ADNOC experience preferred.
- Global EPC Contractor or Sub-Contractor experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
