Role Overview

Construction Management Package 1 Services role with IOTA GROUP, located in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position supports a global multi-energy company operating large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities.

Role Purpose

Provide overall direction in the planning, organizing, management and control of construction activities while ensuring site management procedures are developed and implemented. The role focuses on fostering HSE culture, optimizing cost-schedule-quality-functionality, and facilitating smooth handover of facilities to Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Site Management

• Provide overall direction in the planning, organizing, management and control of construction activities.
• Ensure site management procedures for the project are developed.

Safety, Health & Environment

• Participate in the development and implementation of HSE culture among the Project.
• Promote all Safety programs at Site, especially by leading by example.
• Maintain knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Promote knowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.

Cost & Performance Optimization

• Identify and support cost-schedule-quality-functionality optimization initiatives.
• Provide constructability and risk assessment inputs for project.

Handover & Commissioning

• Maintain open relationships with, and early involvement of, Commissioning group and Operations personnel.
• Ensure smooth and timely handover of facilities to Operations, as per project specifications.

Change Management

• Lead the team in the analysis, design and implementation of approved changes and Variations.
• Ensure all revisions meet the requirements of construction capabilities and satisfy end user's needs.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work as a member of a project Team.
• Liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Strong knowledge of erection work execution.
• Advanced relevant construction work experience, preferable in Middle East Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in integrated projects and joint Venture organizations.
• Fluent English.
