Role Overview
Construction Director at JASARA PMC. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects.
Role Purpose
Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Leverage extensive experience in managing complex construction programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in construction processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation through completion.
- Develop and implement construction strategies, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Coordination & Integration
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
People Development
- Promote team development and mentor junior professionals to build organizational capability.
- Foster collaborative work environments and mentor team members.
Business Development
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and project bidding.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management, including leadership roles on large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to manage multimillion or billion-dollar construction programs successfully.
- Experience with contract negotiation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

- Proficient with construction management software and project tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
