Role Overview
Compound Manager at Dallah Albaraka. This role manages the day-to-day operations of a hotel and oversees services provided to guests including housekeeping, catering, banquets, and rooms to ensure enhanced guest satisfaction and alignment with hospitality policies and procedures.
Role Purpose
Manage daily hotel operations and guest services across multiple departments to deliver high performance standards, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain alignment with Dallah Albaraka's hospitality policies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of hospitality plans to ensure alignment with Dallah's overall objectives and business plans.
- Prepare the hospitality and hotel budget and ensure that activities within the unit are implemented and processed according to the assigned budget.
- Plan and organize hotel services and distribute work amongst the team to ensure effective and efficient flow of work and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Policy & Governance
- Participate in the development of hospitality policies and procedures and ensure implementation of all relevant procedural and legislative requirements.
Operations & Performance
- Manage the day-to-day operations of hospitality by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Ensure that hotel facilities are well maintained and in good condition.
People Management
- Manage the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 4–6 years of related experience in hospitality management.
