Role Overview
Competition Services Director at Saudi Pro League based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of competition services that support the operational integrity and fan experience of Saudi Pro League matches and tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
Competition Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of competition services across all league matchdays and tournaments.
- Establish and enforce competition regulations, protocols, and operational standards.
- Manage fixture scheduling, venue allocation, and match logistics coordination.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with clubs, venues, broadcasters, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless competition execution.
- Facilitate communication between the league office and external stakeholders on competition matters.
- Support clubs with competition-related guidance and dispute resolution.
Operations & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to competition rules and regulations across all matches.
- Oversee match officials coordination and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international competition standards.
Reporting & Documentation
- Report on competition performance, incidents, and outcomes to league leadership.
- Document competition records, statistics, and official match data.
- Maintain comprehensive competition archives and historical records.
