Role Purpose
Shape and share Spotify's story across MENAT+ (Middle East, North Africa, Türkiye, and Pakistan) to strengthen the company's reputation, champion regional creators, and connect authentically with audiences and communities served.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Positioning
- Lead communications strategy across the MENAT+ region.
- Demonstrate cultural fluency and strategic judgment in a dynamic, fast-moving market environment.
- Show up in ways that feel relevant to regional audiences and communities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with regional leadership and Spotify's global communications teams.
- Partner across consumer, corporate, policy, industry, executive, and internal communications functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior individual contributor with proven track record in regional or international communications.
- Experience navigating culturally dynamic, fast-moving markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Cultural fluency and ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strategic judgment combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Creative communication and storytelling.
Additional Information
- Reports to the Head of Communications, SAMEA.
- Senior individual contributor role.
