Role Overview
Commissioning Manager at IOTA GROUP. The role supports an intervention on an existing Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) SELAS furnace, originally commissioned in 2003.

Role Purpose
To manage and oversee the commissioning of an existing CGL furnace, ensuring safe, efficient technical intervention through supervision of testing, start-up operations, performance monitoring, and resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Commissioning Operations
- Manage and coordinate commissioning activities on the existing CGL furnace.
- Supervise testing, start-up and commissioning operations.
- Ensure commissioning activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor equipment and process performance during commissioning.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support and recommendations throughout the intervention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in commissioning Continuous Galvanizing Lines (CGL).
- Strong technical knowledge of CGL furnace systems and processes.
- Good understanding of the CGL process and furnace operating principles.
- Specific experience with SELAS furnaces, particularly those equipped with a DFF (Direct Fired Furnace), is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an industrial service or commissioning environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
- Ability to work on site in an international industrial environment.
- Availability for a 2-week on-site assignment.
