Role Purpose

Ensure proper food storage, rotation, inventory management, and waste control across kitchen operations while maintaining Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Food Storage & Inventory Management

• Date all food containers and rotate according to policies.
• Ensure all perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line setup.
• Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages.
• Return all food items not used to designated storage areas.
• Cover and date all perishables before storage.

Cost & Waste Control

• Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems.
• Control food waste, loss, and usage according to policies.

Compliance

• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
