Role Purpose
As a Commis II in the Kitchen, you will support the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie by preparing food items, maintaining stations, and ensuring seamless service delivery in a high-volume, round-the-clock operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Station Preparation and Maintenance
- Set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed.
- Prepare the station for service.
- Ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
Food Preparation and Plating
- Prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with cooks regarding timing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Culinary education strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of culinary experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for food.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
