Role Purpose

Support the culinary team in preparing exceptional dishes and maintaining kitchen operations to the highest standards of quality and food safety in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Mise en Place

• Support the culinary team in preparing exceptional dishes from setting up food and equipment.
• Assist with mise en place to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Food Pick-Up & Quality Assurance

• Play a key role in food pick-up, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Strictly follow HACCP standards to maintain the highest level of food safety.

Kitchen Operations & Learning

• Provide assistance to the Demi Chef De Parties and Chef De Parties in day-to-day operations.
• Learn from experienced chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operation.

Cleanliness & Food Safety

• Keep the kitchen organized and safe by maintaining cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a commis chef within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Passionate about food and cooking with a keen interest in learning.
