Role Purpose
Produce creative and excellent dishes while maintaining high standards of health and safety. Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional guest experiences by executing food preparation, presentation, and service with precision and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Execution
- Prepare and organize food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Execute multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining consistency and excellence.
- Preserve food according to established procedures.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks and support wider kitchen operations.
Health & Safety
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
- Uphold health and safety protocols in all kitchen activities.
Team Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members.
- Receive and act on constructive criticism gracefully.
- Carry out orders accurately and promptly.
- Support colleagues in achieving excellence in their areas of responsibility.
Guest Service
- Exceed guest expectations and ensure full satisfaction through quality dish creation.
- Remain calm while multi-tasking to deliver timely, consistent results.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school degree.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or restaurant operations role.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for teamwork.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
